Our priority is the safety and well-being of our patients, colleagues, and their families.  Dynamic Psych Solutions is taking important measures to mitigate the risk and further spread of COVID-19, the illness caused by the Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV).

We recognise you may be feeling anxious and concerned in these challenging and uncertain times.  We recognise that therefore there may be a need to adjust and establish procedures to provide appropriate care to our patients.

We will be governed by the Australian Health Sector Emergency Response Plan for COVID-19.  We will follow recommended advice and directives from Queensland Health and federal counterparts.

This includes:

  • Regularly cleaning hands with soap and water or alcohol-based hand rubs.
  • Avoid shaking hands.
  • Staying home if unwell.
  • Practise social distancing, which includes staying 1.5-metres away from others as much as possible.
  • Not staying in a room longer than 2-hours at a time.
  • Reducing the need for close group gatherings and not exceeding government recommendations on group numbers.

We urge you to practise social distancing, good hand hygiene, and staying home if you are sick.

There is a handout available at the following link with further information on COVID-19 and the Novel Coronavirus if you would like to view: https://www.psychology.org.au/COVID-19-Australians

If you are not feeling well, please do not hesitate to contact us via telephone or email if you have any queries and we will get back to you as soon as practicable.

Take care of yourselves and loved ones.

These challenging times will end.
